Export as PST Format

After clicking the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."

Click on Adv. Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files into PST file format.

• PST Split Option: Using this option you can split the exported PST file up to 200 GB by size.
• Date Filter Option: You can apply the date filter to perform range based conversion of MSG files into PST file format.
• Categories: This option provide the user to export specific component of the MSG file such as mails, contacts, calendars, etc..

Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PST file in your system.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"

Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report.

Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file. Save the conversion report in the desired location by clicking on "Save" button.

You can now view the resulting PST file at the desired destination.

Export as PDF Format

In order to export MSG Files in PDF file format, select the radio button next to PDF in Export Type section

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to PDF file format.

In General Settings option you will get the following settings.

General Settings

• Naming Convention: While converting MSG files to PDF file format, you can select the naming convention for the resulting converted files like subject, Subject + Date, etc.
• Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion of MSG files to PDF.
• Categories: This option provides the user to export specific component of the MSG file such as mails, contacts, calendars, etc.

Also, you can Include Internet Message Header by clicking on Checkbox.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

On the Page layout menu, different options are available:

• Margin: This feature allows user to set the PDF Page Margin (Top, Left, Bottom, Right) which can be of minimum 2.0 mm to maximum 10.0 mm
• Paper Layout: It allows users to specify Paper Layout such as Paper orientation in Landscape or Portrait & Page Size as Letter A4 & A3
• Header & Footer: Apply header text and footer text along with font size, font color and font type.

You can choose Landscape or Portrait in Page Orientation and A3, A4, Letter for Page size as per requirement.

Under the Attachments, following options are available:

• Attachment on Pin: Add Attachments in PDF as Pin.
• Append Attachment: Convert attachments as PDF page and append at the end of the mail.
• Save Attachment: Save attachments in a folder in its original file format

Under the Bates Number, following options are available:

• Bates Number Format: This feature allows users to specify the Bates Series for file in PDF according to the Starting Number, Position.
• Date Stamp: This feature allows users to specify the Date in PDF according to the position.

Click on Browse to select a destination location for the resultant PDF file.

Choose if you wish to Create a single PDF file for each folder containing MSG files and click the Export

Export progress will now be displayed on the screen

To save the CSV report, click on Save.

Hit Save to save the file to the desired location.

You can now view the resulting PDF file at the desired destination.

Export as MBOX Format

In order to export MSG files to MBOX, select the radio button next to MBOX in Export Type section

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to MBOX file format.

• Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion of MSG files to MBOX.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Browse and select a destination location for the resulting MBOX file by clicking OK.

If you want to create single MBOX file for all folders then please tick the option and After that click Export

The software will now display the Export Progress

Click on Save to check the save CSV Report.

Click on Save button to save the conversion report.

Click on "Export" button to save the previewed items in MSG file format.

You can now view the resulting MBOX file at the desired destination.

Export as EML Format

In order to export Outlook MSG files in EML file format, select the radio button corresponding to EML in Export Type section

Click on Adv. Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to EML file format.

• Naming Convention: While converting MSG files into EML file format, you can select the naming convention for the final converted files like subject, Subject + Date, etc.
• Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

By clicking on the Browse button you can select a destination location for the resultant EML file.

Click on Export button.

The conversion progress will now be displayed on the software panel

By clicking on Save button, you can save the CSV Report for each browsed MSG file.

The converted report can now be saved at the desired location.

You can now view the resulting EML file at the desired destination.

Export as EMLX Format

In order to export Outlook MSG files in EMLX file format, select the radio button corresponding to EMLX in Export Type section

Click on Adv. Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to EMLX file format.

• Naming Convention: While converting MSG files into EMLX file format, you can select the naming convention for the final converted files like subject, Subject + Date, etc.
• Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

By clicking on the Browse button you can select a destination location for the resultant EMLX file.

Click on Export button.

The conversion progress will now be displayed on the software panel

By clicking on Save button, you can save the CSV Report for each browsed MSG file.

The converted report can now be saved at the desired location.

You can now view the resulting EMLX file at the desired destination.

For Export Selected Items in vCard

In order to export MSG Files to VCF file format, select the radio button next to vCard in Export File Type section

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to vCard file format.

• vCard Version: The software allows you to export your MSG files to three different vCard versions, supported by different email clients and devices. You can select the desired vCard version accordingly from vCard 2.1, vCard 3.0, vCard 4.0.
• Merge vCard: This option provide the user to merge the added MSG Contact file.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

Click on Browse button to select a destination location for the resultant vCard file.

Click Export

Export Progress will now be displayed on the screen.

Click on Save to save the CSV report.

You can now view the resulting VCF file at the desired destination.

Export File As HTML Format

In order to export MSG files to HTML file format, select the radio button adjacent to HTML in Export Type section

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to HTML file.

• Naming Convention: You can select the naming convention for the final converted files such as subject, Subject + Date, etc.
• Date Filter Option: For performing range based conversion, you can apply date filter option
• Categories: This option provide the user to export specific component of the MSG file such as mails, contacts, calendars, etc..

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

Click on Browse to select the desired location for the resulting HTML file.

Click Export

After clicking the Export button, the progress of conversion process will be displayed.

Click on Save to view the saved Export Report for each browsed HTML files.

Navigate to the location where you have save the CSV files. Exported HTML report can now be saved to the desired location. Click on "Save" button.

You can now view the resulting HTML file at the desired destination.

Export as NSF Format

In order to export MSG Files to NSF file format, select the radio button next to NSF in Export File Type section

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to NSF file format.

• Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion of MSG files to NSF file format.
• Categories: This option provide the user to export specific component of the MSG file such as mails, contacts, calendars, etc..

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

Click on Browse button to select a destination location for the resultant NSF file.

Click on Export button.

Export Progress will now be displayed on the screen.

Click on Save to save the CSV report.

Save the converted NSF file to the desired location.

You can now view the resulting NSF file at the desired destination.

Export as TXT Format

In order to export Outlook MSG files in TXT file format, select the radio button corresponding to TXT in Export Type section

Click on Adv. Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to TXT file format.

• Naming Convention: While converting MSG files into EMLX file format, you can select the naming convention for the final converted files like subject, Subject + Date, etc.
• Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion.
• Categories: This option provides the user to export specific component of the MSG file such as mails, contacts, calendars, etc.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

By clicking on the Browse button you can select a destination location for the resultant TXT file.

Click on Export button.

The conversion progress will now be displayed on the software panel

By clicking on Save button, you can save the CSV Report for each browsed MSG file.

The converted report can now be saved at the desired location.

You can now view the resulting TXT file at the desired destination.

Export as CSV Format

In order to export Outlook MSG files in CSV file format, select the radio button corresponding to CSV in Export Type section

By clicking on the Browse button you can select a destination location for the resultant CSV file.

Click on Export button.

The conversion progress will now be displayed on the software panel

By clicking on Save button, you can save the CSV Report for each browsed MSG file.

The converted report can now be saved at the desired location.

You can now view the resulting CSV file at the desired destination

Export as Office 365 Format

In order to export MSG Files in Office 365 file format, select the radio button next to Office 365 in Export Type section

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MSG files to Office 365 file format.

In Office 365 Settings

For User Impersonation, provide the Admin SMTP ID in the box provided and press Enter.

Then, you will be redirected to a new window for authentication.

From the dialog box opened, provide the Email ID or phone number and press Next.

Pick an account if it is listed, else, add an account.

A green tick will then be displayed against it showing the account has been validated.

From the General Settings Tab:

• Date Filter Option: This filter can be applied for the range based conversion.
• Categories: By using this option, the users can export specific components of the MSG files such as Emails, contacts, etc.

For User Validation, provide the username in the input box and press Enter to Validate. A green tick adjacent to it signifies that the added ID has been calidated.

At last, click on the Export button to move MSG files into Office 365 platform.

Export process completed successfully dialog box will then open. Click OK

An export report will then be generated, click on Save.
